Description: Wed. Oct. 19th & Thurs. Oct. 20th 4-8pm online (zoom details will be provided to registrants) Competition Introduction (C1) Theory Online - Coaches from all Gymnastics disciplines can take any Competition Intro Theory online. You must complete this module as well as a gym sport specific module (WAG, MAG or TG) to be a trained C1 coach. The training is 8 hours long and includes the following 4 modules: Design a Basic Sport Program Teaching & Learning Basic Mental Skills Nutrition Coaches must be 16 years old at the time of the course and must have be Foundations 'Trained'.
