GNS Clubs that are hosting birthday parties will want to ensure they have filled in and submitted the form below.

2. Fill in the form
3. Add the
     product to cart
4. Upload your form when prompted
5. Complete checkout for the $0 item to finalize submission

Participant Policies

GNS Clubs that would like to review/download Participant Policies can do so below. Please note that clubs using Uplifter can download these policies directly to their systems via Settings > Configure Gymnastics NS Connection > GNS Participant Policies.

*There are no longer hard copies of Club Policy forms - you will agree to all club policies upon completion of your annual Club Membership - copies of which will be included with your invoice.
