Individual Participant Memberships  

• Add each individual (athlete, coach, supporter) as a Participant - you will need to add the required information noted with a *
• Leave the GNS# field blank, Uplifter will assign a GNS number automatically 
• Adding individuals as a participant does not mean they have a GNS membership, however, to add a membership you need to start by adding the participant.
• Find the appropriate membership and click 'Register'
• Choose from your own list of previously added participants, repeat or proceed to Check out
• Upon Check out you will be asked to enter the information required specifically for each membership. Coaches require additional information such as: 
  • NCCP#
  • Respect In Sport Certificate #
  • Criminal Record Check date
  • Child Abuse Registry date
  • NCCP compliance upload 
  • National level coaches and judges require additional information including Safe Sport and Drug Free Sport training
• Please have all the information before registering your coaches, if you do not you will not be able to complete the transaction.
• Invoices are generated immediately and can be be paid by cheque or eTransfer to gns@sportnovascotia.ca  
• If you have a Competitive Coach who is 16 or 17, please contact GNS to override the CRC and Child Abuse Registry, but they will need to show proof of this once at 18 years.
• You can also register multiple coaches by doing a File Import - please navigate to that page for the template - you will need to have personal information as well as the appropriate SKU - to complete the upload.
